"Neither will uranium encased in lead containers." Ok, it is possible to shield a container enough to sneak by, but this is easier with U235 than plutonium. So they sneak a bomb in and damage a city. By examining the debris, the country that built the bomb can be quickly identified. So what happens then? Why does everyone assume that Iran is run by utter morons?
