Hunting expert says Cheney was much closer than 30 yards, the birdshot spread indicating he might have been as close as 15 yards away, plus the victim was wearing a bright orange vest so Cheney clearly saw him when he fired. If the man dies, negligent homicide or manslaughter charges are in order.

Also, Cheney took the victim to a smaller hospital which was farther away. Why? Obviously, only one reason, that it would be easier to cover it up if the victim died. In thinking only of himself first, Cheney risked the man's life and betrayed the trust of the American people and everyone else.
