It seems as if you use that crutch as if it is some previous court ruling which absolves all republicans of any blame in any scandal which they are involved in. I've got some news for you. That Kennedy scandal was many years ago and Ted was never president. If people think there are things about this cheney shooting incident which don't add up or questions which need to be answered why do you think all you have top do is mention Kennedy and they will all just go away? If you need to compare some of the president and vice presidents scandals to the death of a girl why don't you bring up the girl they found dead in Scarboroughs office? That was only a couple of years ago.
