HI BOB bigZ and ALL - When Delmar sits on more than 50% of the shares. If he - during the bankr. was payed with shares - Then what will the TAX implications be when the shares were hyped out of ceiling - at the end of the year. - Could such things be the reason for him to have a real calm development of the shareprice??.
