Who is threatening legal action against Pumpty? Is it the SEC or is it some of the disillusioned longs who feel he misled them about PLNI?
Pumpty won't be bringing suit against anyone, but let him fantasize about it for a while. Right now he thinks using an anonymous alias while making threats to sue other illegal aliases is somehow 'normal' and a Good Idea. He now sees himself as a crusader protecting his 'investments' in penny stocks - a lawyer will see him as someone ready to contribute cash to the maintenance of the lawyer's lifestyle, and a healthy retainer is always part of the process.
Then there's the need to disclose all of his personal information to begin the process of filing suit. Soon he'll learn the real meanings of words like subpoena, jusrisdiction, quash, countersuit, disclosure, and discovery, to name but a few, all while paying those ever-increasing legal bills which the lawyer will make sure are paid up to date or everything stops.
The poor fellow needs to get more sleep, and he should make sure to wear a fresh pair of socks before donning his combat boots

You were born relatively recently. Fight the bashholes for a 8 months, being their focus, and then we'll talk again. As downdraft has said, "spanking" the badboys is a full time job.
Regarding PLNI... none of us like the OS numbers. None of us understand what the rationale for the numbers really is either. If it is just flat out greed, then we were all fooled and shame on us. If there is a rationale that makes sense then those who sold PLNI short, both literally and figuratively, will have to deal with it.

There is very little joking going on right now for those here who have 10M shares or more. Some have 4 times that amount. I have far less than that, but have the distinction of being called liar and accused of misleading more than many here. I suspect that is because I challenged the bashholes when they first arrived and tried to dominate the dialogue. Innuendo and spin/out-of-context word-smithing of other people's posts are not my idea of Due Diligence.
