"Stockholders are entitled to present proposals for action at our 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders if they comply with the requirements of the proxy rules promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Proposals of shareholders of the Company that are intended to be presented for consideration at the Company's 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders must be received by the Company no later than October 31, 2006, and must otherwise comply with the requirements of Rule 14a-8 under the Securities Exchange Act o 1934, as amended, in order that they may be considered for inclusion in the proxy materials relating to that meeting."

Anyone believes it is a coincidence that the change in the "leadership" of CDEX was orchestrated in a manner that shareholders not only do not have the opportunity to present proposals for this year's meeting, but that the person who should be held accountable for this "violation" of shareholders right is no longer in the management, and the current CEO cannot be held responsible for the failures of the previous one?
