Fabulous, lets point out all the ancient crap to excuse barbarism today? Religion causes most of the horrors of the world, so lets all get out our moldy old books and search diligently for reasons to excuse our murderous ways. That makes a whole lot of sense. Like most Christians, or most Jews, I am sure most Muslims are not nuts. OTOH the world will be far better off when we replace oil, and let Iraq, Iran and the Arab world slither back into obscurity. There is a great mistake thinking that all people want to live like North Americans. Some people like Camels and donkey carts, and we should allow them to live with them if they want. |
