Good to see that NASD going after that broker dealor. The clients BTW have nothing to do with the trades. Its the broker dealor that allowed the transactions and not the client. In fact the client would be without knowledge of what even happened in the broker back office.

NASD will get tough. Watch them fine them a few thousand dollars and a primise of never doing it again. Maybe as part of settlement they also neither admit or denied they even did it.

Thats the way the system works.
