I think you're sense of timing is correct, along with Roy Rogers and Rex Allen. With sound they added cowboys who could sing. Now we have cowboys in Wyoming starring at the heavens at night, listening to the coyotes, doing their nails and giving each other pedicures before they hit the old bunk house and a game of patty cake.
