TKerstin, I was perusing the 10Q for 3/31/97, not the Revised 10SB. The 10Q filing date is 8/22/97 so therefor the BS is inclusive of all 10SB changes. If I like mining stock or not is irrelevant. The fact is that I have numerous fraudulent press releases stating that Chiropractic Clinics were "ACQUIRED" and therefor the reason I, and I'm sure others, bought this stock because they were persuing healthcare as a main business focus. WR
