"that was shahab-5 which seems to be developed as well and based on SS-5"

According to Global Security, which has more up to date information, none of the missiles you list have actually been developed. At that, only a few have a payload large enough to carry a nuclear weapon any distance, only one, the Shahab-7 might have the required range. Assuming it winds up with the specs on that web page.

Given the delivery systems that Pakistan has been working on, their nuclear weapons are in the 1000 kilogram range. There is no reason to suspect that Iran is going to do significantly better. Especially if they don't have a significant testing program.
