I agree Eric, but what's troubling is that they don't deliver on what their press releases say. Where's the money from LA County and Colorado? It's not in the earnings report. How about the second Malaysian deal? That's just from the most recent news releases.

I also think they've got a great niche and as you say, govt. contracts take a long time to play out. But, I like to do math too.
