The personal tragedy is for the guy who is shot Gem. Cheney as veep needed to be out front. The Bush operatives say the same thing in private. You ever hear of the ivory tower or rose garden strategy? Cheney as veep has adopted both. He deserves what he gets not because he shot someone accidentally but because he screwed up big time, politically. Plus to me this whole duck thread is kind of a light way to discuss politics and light aint bad given all the heat of the last few years. So lighten up a bit, open a cold one and have a laugh at dick's expense. I remember a certain dress the right couldnt let go of.
