John, my market area has to be so different than yours that we probably cannot even compare notes. This is job heaven where I live. People have to go to work and need homes. They need to commute to jobs. They need to get their kids in schools, and they want decent schools. It's not Florida. If homes take longer to sell and buyers have more choices and more time to consider their choices without being beat out by a million other offers, that's not a bad thing. Some of us have lived in this area all our lives and seen the changes......change will occur. Change is not always bad. Someone always will benefit and sometimes everyone can benefit.

The local real estate market in the past couple years was insane......it will level out and is leveling out. That's a good thing in a healthy economy.

I've seen this movie before, although maybe the film script could always be a little different than before, but I'd be willing to bet more of it is the same rather than different from before.
