Yes. That's true... RUT is strong. But I'm not sure how good a guide it is for SPX. There are too many sectors and indices out there, and from time to time one or another among them get overheated - especially RUT, where it takes relatively little money to move it..... But if SPX breaks 1288, then this market is still a Bull market.
