I couldn't address the site you linked to, but I did find and post two articles related to MEMTEC. It does seem likely that perhaps that is why Nicholas Memmo was elected to the board as the names are pretty similar. It is also possible that this acquisition is the reason for the recent move up in USF. I note also that unlike the other recent acquisitions this is a cash acquisition so the number of shares of USF outstanding won't go up, and it should also be accretive, a definite good thing.

I complained earlier on this thread that management needed to use earnings to finance cash acquisitions instead for just issuing shares all the time, so I for one am pleased with this acquisition.
