Do you really believe that Ezra Levant published these pictures to voice his right to free speech.I think that you are smarter than that. I think he published them simply to show those who didn't know exactly what the hysteria is about. Having seen them, I thought they showed Islam as many people in the west see Islam. That many people see the face of Islam as a pimply faced youth with a bomb strapped to his stomach, rather than an old geezer with a bomb in his hat, is simply artistic license. Islam is now inexorably linked to screaming hordes of rioters with no regard for anything but their own demands, and frenzied young, sex starved, killers giving other peoples lives in order to sleep with all kinds of virgins in some perverted dreams of heaven. That is the face of islam in much of the world. Muslims have sacrificed many children to build this image. Why complain now that it has been achieved?
