Not behind him. Maybe Cheney stumbled and fell discharging shotgun.. Guess what causes stumbling. Wonder which way DC cradles his shotgun. Or carries it at the "ready" position. Usually somewhat pointing to one side or the other. If DC was right handed, I don't know. The muzzle would generally be pointed left as the right hand would have the trigger finger.
