A pleasant surprise.
Seems like a nice leap forward for the Litigator. The integration of numerous new features into the software appears to make the product significantly more appealing. If so, the JFS division may not remain a minor component of DOCU's earnings mix for long.
Any coments from those who've used Litigator in the past?

2) Approx 30X normal trading vol. yesterday including a number (9) of block trades and an uptick at the close stocksmart.com (enter docu, search, then click on the symbol to see block trades, etc.)
3) According to a Vicker's report generated this morning, since the begining of 1996, insider activity has been: 12 purchases of 291,418 shares, 1 sale of 10,000 shares (note: 5 of the 12 purchases were 'non-open market transactions' i.e. gifts, options, etc.)
4) Hold the press release up to mirror. Behold! It's the ultimate year 2000 solution code. It was a conspiracy after all.
