Co guided orders up 15%-20%, sees Q2 revs up 13-15% sequentially, roughly $2.10-2.14 bln, vs $1.98 bln consensus, sees EPS 0.24-0.25 ex-items, vs $0.21 consensus. Co noted they had an exciting start to 2006, suggesting they are seeing momentum across their system portfolio. Co noted they are gaining market share. During Q&A, co states they are working hard to improve their share in the memory area. Co is seeing strong orders in semiconductor systems. Co notes there are no abnormal pricing situations here. Co's scenario for the second half is continued investment in flash and DRAM. Co does not see the flash memory thing slowing down. Management noted "until total volume in memory catches up with demand, we should see a pretty stable pricing environment which creates a very positive investment landscape". Co noted they have not seen any discernable changes in lead times. Co noted they should see some capacity come online in the second half of the year, but primarily coming online in 2007. Co believes they are still in the early phases of this cycle. The stock is trading at $20.85 in after hours.
