Always potential. Debt, cash in hand, and share structure to get much-needed funds is beginning to set in in my mind. I've been closing my mind for about 3 months now and not allowing any doubt -- the old "keep a positive outlook." Taking a good, hard, unbiased examination now and doing a little sweating. There seems to be several million dollars evaporated and a certain market maker seems to have an equal number of shares to sell -- and several million divided by 3 cents is a very big number. I'll let you know any new thoughts soon. I'm already in big trouble, so even if I rearrange some soon, 2, 3, or 4 cents won't make much a difference to me financially -- ruined is ruined. Every 1/10 of a penny is a lot of money, but once you are buried 10 feet down, you don't get much relief by only being buried 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 feet -- you're still out of air. JC
