Every penny stock out there gets its funding by issuing shares to finance projects. It is failry simple with EFCR. They either open the ten wells in ten mile draw this year and get something going overseas or they don't. Very simple. If they do then the stock price is a ten bagger from here easily to 30 cents..at least. If they don't it goes to zero and I've lost a modest amount of money set asid for thisgamble, because I know that is what it is. Now let's talk about Covad. You might be able to say your money is safer,but let me tell you something, pal, you have equal to or less than your money five years from give or take a few pennies, so if that's what you are looking for good luck. I have retirement and mutual fund accounts for those types of investments..but I guess we all can't be that lucky. Good luck with Covad...hehehehe.
