I've saw a lot of real estate crash the last downturn 15 or so years ago. From commercial nationwide to land nationwide to Florida condos to residential in California and the northeast from Boston to DC. Amazing so many are either so clueless, deluded into thinking their marketplace is so unique, too young, not in this country long enough or take the NAR stats at face value..
