"Neil Entwistle as a secretive man who was sinking deep into debt without telling his family. He had not worked since he and his wife moved to Massachusetts from England with their daughter about five months before the deaths. His wife, who had been a teacher, also was not working.

"It appears that Neil and Rachel Entwistle had accumulated a sizable amount of debt and may have been living well beyond their means," State Trooper Michael Banks said in an affidavit.

This sheds light on what developments lead to once people start going down hill:

Lived in affluent community. Drove BMW to airport to run...

He shoot wife and baby.

The usual people are not like Brazilians, Nigerians, Indonesians, Argentineans, Thais, etc who knows how to take toughness on stride, look to adversity straight in the eye, or ven be prepared to eventualities, (which are the norm in poor countries, hey a crisis once a decade teach people things!) and fight back. They see the abyss and don't know how to step back.

The end of middle class will be painful. Very very unfortunately
