Don't ever underestimate the Bull's Power of Denial. A person in over their head in debt is like a crack addict; they will do whatever is necessary to get more $$$ until they are legally restrained. The oil and gold market have begun to succumb to higher rates. So will the equity market. You can take that to the bank. The only question is how big the correction will be. It should be at least 10%. But, as you know, the Alice in Wonderland mentality tends to predominate in the US. PS I've always celebrated comedies that end in tragedies..
