Rodney I enjoy your posts for the most part but in reading post #4561 I'm missing the always responsive, and the Kudos that you usually premise all your posts in regard to Datek. Was that situation only valid because it was a friend of yours, and everybody else inconsequential. As Peter commented people with overzealuos comments get large exposure in this forum, but by the same token when Datek reponds and disproves the allegations it makes Datek look twice as good.Lately there have been 0 reponses because there are no excuses. The reason I posted blow by blow my experience was out of frustration,and disbelief. Blaming there move that took place on Labor Day weekend for my missing fund request placed on August 18 is farfetched to me. People sharing the good and the bad isnt what makes or breaks Datek its how the customer is treated that ultimately prevails. A problem someone experiences should be addressed in a timely fashion, isnt this the minimum people come to expect. I think Serguey would agree. Regards Bill
