Really? They actually said $1.1 or something, NOT 1.1 worth of stock dividend. If that is true, then at least they are trying to mislead people. Plus the money source is cash, since they said the money is from something property they sold.

But thanks, I think I will stay away from it. I already learned lessons once. CGHI said was going to be bought at $1 when the stock was 0.35. If something sounds too good go be true, then that is hard to be true<g>
