This company's not going to go bankrupt. Keep in mind that someone recently took a 5% stake in the company. No? I'd be reluctant to say that the delay is anything either way. I think this is just more of the behavior we've seen in the past. I don't remember JTS holding to an initially scheduled reporting date re: earnings at any time in the last four quarters. I may not be remembering well enough, but I feel like I've seen this (too many times) before from JTS, just never this bad. I think they need a consultant in handling issues of this nature, if there are those. This aspect of the company, it would seem, is poorly managed. That article about the unannounced maker of the disk drive certainly is intriguing. That could be WDC, too, though, couldn't it?
