The $1B backlog is great but this latest Interac deal may become a license to print (virtual) money for CGI, in my opinon. When you own the tracks and can collect tolls, you've got a real money maker. As for my call on LGS, I'm not into charting at all but I can't help but feel that charts are better indictors of the past, rather than the future, for stocks like these anyway.
