Good news. Harry Whittington is still showing signs of getting better. Today he filed suit against the ambulance company, the ambulance driver, the guy who wheeled him into the hospital, the hospital, all of his doctors and nurses, the janitor who cleaned his room and two people who waved at him as they walked by his room. He also sent a bill to all of his doctors for consultation fees after they asked him questions about his health. His doctors say this is a good sign and is common behavior when a lawyer thinks he is going to live. Mr Whittington is now working on his suits against the media, the shotgun manufacturer, the shotgun shell manufacturer, all of the companies who made any clothing which a pellet penetrated, the people who made the bed he is in and Ted Kennedy. He was quoted as saying dick cheney was not at fault in any way for his being shot.
