Xiaowen: We are devloping a clinical information system for a large heath care system and medical school. The system is image enabled and we hope to use the VTEL unit(s) to perform "telecollaboration". That is, doctors would be able to collaborate with each other and patients with the help of a complete patient record and, where appropriate, with moving images. Although the VTEL unit works great, the bad news is that they promised us the equipment over a year ago and we just finally got it. The university was really pissed with the broken promises. Now that their here, I hope to make up for lost time. Ken G
