Compass looks like a typical AVNT deal: buy the technology and customer base, blow out half the "overhead", keep the engineers, and move on. Nothing new here. Give me something new not a rehash. Also, does anyone have any idea what Asensio did before establishing his firm last year? I hear he worked for Bear Sterns for a while. Any more detail?
