I would like to see an executive from a top wireless company (ie. Motorola, Nokia, Qualcomm, etc) or an executive from the executive producing powerhouses (GE, P&G, etc) come in and stragetically lead this company from a business standpoint not just a technical standpoint. The one thing that leads more companys to fail is bad management. Having a good business person at the helm is usually better than a top engineer.
