Cisco, I never heard of the firm. Martindale-Hubbel is the name of the legal directory whose name escaped me last night. Should give an overview of the firm's practice. Don't know if they're online.

On the flipside, I don't think Pluvia should be complacent and assume that just because they haven't filed anything as of this point, they won't. Not saying they will, but it is an option, albeit one they seem to have been reluctant to take, which then gets you back to the question of "well why haven't they?"

One answer could be that there are obviously risks. Totally conjecture, and perhaps I'm giving PLSIA's counsel too much credit, but I'm assuming Mr. Brokington actually does understand the risks involved and isn't about to rush into litigation just for the sake of litigation.

Don't know.
