Two questions for the thread:

I've been meaning to ask this for a while. Although I still consider myself relatively new to TA, I'm somewhat lost on a term that I see used here frequently. I've been embarrassed to ask this question since I've been here for a while now, but here goes: what the heck is a hound??? <g>

I've checked the index of Edwards and Magee, and I don't see it listed. My impression from reading the posts is that it's a good thing when a stock hounds (presuming you're positioned in the direction of the hound)? So in a bullish scenario, as with the COMPX hound that you've been discussing Shack, I'm guessing this means that the stock has broken through upper resistance and is now set for takeoff? Or am I not fully getting it?

Question #2: Where's the men's curling calendar? <g>
