The only option you have is to contact the distribution agent and see if you have any chance at filing a claim, but at this late date, and with probably all funds distributed, I would not put your odds of success very high.

This is a case of getting in early, like 9 years ago, and being patient. Joining any of the class action suits back then would have put you in contact with an attorney who would have kept you informed.

Apart from joining a class action suit, you would have had to keep up with the SOES distribution site, and filed a claim by sending in all the forms and proof of stock ownership for the period in question. That happened years ago, too.

For many, any association with SEXI left them snakebit.
