he argument that XM's disclosure is inadequate is wrong. And it is totally consistent with the way other industries report promotional subscribers What other industry are you talking about? Do you have an example? The reason that no other indsutry has "Promotional Subscribers" is that it is a proven concept to lose more money that you can ever hope to make. PCSTEL
