buy-out a good safety net for
investors in case financials start going really poorly

Hold the phone! If financials start get really bad at these PPS levels, it will take another 50% haircut, and then the buy out premium will be small, if any, especially if the buyers sense the end is near and like vultures, they will pick at what is decaying flesh.
SELL the freaking thing NOW while it looks positive, and give us 4x the current PPS.
