Maybe the State could mix up some sort of evil tasting and evil smelling stuff and go spray all the "stuff" ....Let the potheads vomit while they are doping.... or maybe a mixture of stinky stuff and Elmers's glue would work....then it would just stick to the plants....LOLOL! wonder if that would lessen the need to be high...? Heaven forbid some of these folks would get off the welfare rolls, and actually go get a job...
