I took it to mean more catering to the agendas of the Midwest... OK, that's getting somewhere, but I still wonder what those agendas are or are supposed to be. In one area they already get a lot of "catering" to much IMO, agricultural subsidies, tariffs, etc., probably get a lot of support in the Midwest, but not from me. Tim
