Delist them if they meet certain minimum requirememnts and i emphasize minimum because thats all you can get--perhaps one or two year hudna. Hamas is on the list--Is islamic jihad, al aqusa and the other fatah bombers? And if not why not? They are now the ones trying to launch suicide attacks, not hamas. I am under no illusions, just trying to apply some common sense to a horrible situation.
