<And who is Karlin, and why are they donating $100,000 to the cause? why would an investment company lay out $100k, when due, payable in stock (?or option only to get payoff in stock?) to ISSM? What sort of interest are they charging (the deal itself cost 7%) It doesn't seem like a 5 cent on the dollar deal (okok, penny on the dime deal :-)) or is it? Will they flood the market with shares (ha! who'll buy at this point?) or is this a scam, where someone'll get the peasants excited and then the dam will open? Totally weird at this state of affairs with ISSM... (hope that we do get to the point where this thread'll be named: "ISSM rises from the ashes" :-)
