He only claimed that the spread was wider than reported in the police report or the field and game report. The only penetration test he did was at 90 feet. My gut tells me he was much closer than 30 yards. I've said that I thought is was closer to 20 yards, but it could have been closer. Bottom line is that Cheney is lying again. Add that to the refusal to allow law enforcement an interview for 14 hours and the transfer of Whittington to a smaller hospital further away and you get a story that adds up to obfuscation.
