Oh yeah, my wife and I, we're hosting some crazy parties. Woohoo!

The tile in our shower is coming off. The backing is not waterproof. It looks to be just normal sheetrock. What the hell is up with that?

When we moved in, we asked her to change the original, 1950's, cork floor to a laminate. She agreed to do that. Then she proceded to drive the handyman who was going to install it so nuts that he quit before he even started.

She hired some local-yokel to trim a very large pine tree in our front yard. The guy was cheap, of course, but he completely butchered the tree. One day when I was windsurfing, a guy came up to me and said, "Hey, I recognize your car. You live in that house with the massacred pine tree in front of it. I'm a tree-trimmer, who did that to your tree?"

And the list goes on-and-on. And she wants me to be the one who finds the handyman/contractors/companies, negotiate with them, etc.
