I have had a keylogger also. I rarely visit warez type sites but I have caught some bad stuff by mistyping a known site and ending up on a baddie. The toolbars and that kind of stuff are sometimes near impossible to remove but you do regular imaging so you really have no need to worry. 99% of the time time I just find tracking cookies. IMO, very little to worry about but then again it only takes about 10-20 minutes a week to get the updates and let them scan.
