If you read what he said, he said he thought it was more like 10' than 90'. That guess was based on existing tests with a 12 ga. He never made the claim that it was 10'. That prompted him to do these video tests with the same ga and barrel as Cheney, and clearly there is no way that he was 90' away.

The penetration of the shot(s) to the chest is a huge issue. The number and depth of penetration of the shots is crucial to understanding the actual range of the shot. That is why that information has either been with held or lied about.

The angle of entry is important too. If the angle was 90 degrees to the chest wall, that would provide the deepest penetration. Angles less than 90 would simply deflect some of the energy away from penetration.

All partisan crap aside, Cheney has not told the whole truth and nothing but the truth. He's lying again.
