I still don't understand this concept of "center" from a political POV, bearing in mind it is dependent upon time, imo.... Is that what you mean or not?
Where would the "center" be in the time of dogmatic Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, etc..
Was there a "center" then WORTH defending? I don't think so..
Would these so called "centrist" posters defend it then?.. Probably, imo.. But NOT now since it is safe NOT to..
So a question, analogy? .. Say a lefty says, Cheney drank a bottle of Wild Turkey while hunting and a righty says he drank nothing.. So the "center" is a half bottle.. Still enough imo, to be drunk.. I couldn't do it and shoot straight.. Too much "imo" to go hunting..
Say a lefty says 120,000 innocent Iraquis died in the the Iraq invasion, and a righty says, maybe none to 20,000, but that LEAVES the "center" at 50-60,000 dead..
Still a lot.. Too Many, IMO, to be "center"..
