It can be a plot 'cooked' between the British and the Iranians FACT: The British opinion may want troops out of Iraq. Blair, "cooks" this deal with Iran, troops leaving pushed by Iran, look dishonorable. British opinion -Brits being who they are- say: Stay put!!! Takes out Tony Blair's headache. Perhaps when the time come for the Iranians to take the southern Iraq -where the British troops and lots of oil are- Britain won't oppose (they are Britis but they are not crazy!) and Iran will accommodate Britain on a later stage of the game. The diplomats are working overtime to get the best out of the outcome. What I'm sure about is: No one wants is to die or lose money!
