I dont understand this. Naturally, since my wife is Filipina we have followed this story closely. Sadly, it appears you could count the number of survivors on your fingers so I dont know what the US can do to aid them? The entire town is buried under a liquified mud up to 30 feet deep. I suspect most bodies will never be reclaimed. jdn
