TO ALL: I was a bit mistaken in my last post. I reviewed a tape of Eli Harari's appearence on CNBC and noticed he mentioned a previously made agreement with Intel. I have not had time to find any announcement from Sandisk covering this. If anyone can find it, could you post it here?

I've gotten some heat for my recent comments. I must point out here that even though someone else may develop "better" technology in the future, they might still infringe Sandisk patents. This is what I'm betting on, in part. We'll have to wait and see. In any case, I agree that Sandisk is likely to make good money in the next couple years.

Does anyone know EXACTLY what percentage of shares are held by insiders when added to the Seagate shares? I'm trying to determine the real chances of a buyout of Sandisk. It's been my understanding that the Seagate-held shares added to insider shares equals more than 50%.
